Rental rules:
- After booking, our administrator will contact you within 30 minutes to confirm the reservation.
- Accommodation services are provided only to persons over 18 years of age.
- At least one of the guests must provide a valid ID.
- Administrator reserves the right to reject the client without giving reasons.
- Room can be booked for at least 2 hours.
- Guest has the right to stay in the room for a maximum of 10 minutes after the expiration of the paid time.
- After the allotted time is expired, the administrator has the right to enter the room and inform the guest about the need to leave the room or extend the stay.
- Administrator has the right to request vacancy of the room or to make a payment for the extension of allotted time.
- Administrator is not obliged to notify the guest before the time limit expires.
- If the guest leaves the room before expiration of the paid time, the money for unused time will not be refunded
- Administrator or landlord are not responsible for any damage caused by the use of room accessories and equipment.
